Return and Exchange Process

    • In-Store Purchases: Visit the original store of purchase with the item and receipt to process your return or exchange.

  3. Shipping the Return:

    • For online returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

    • For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the new item to you.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items
